Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with MJ Tailor. We offer transparent cancellation terms and a dedicated trial period so you can test all features prior to any billing.
1. 14-Day Free Trial
Every new shop account starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not collect credit cards or billing details during signup. This trial provides access to all features (customer records, digital measurement templates, order logs, invoice PDFs, and WhatsApp updates). If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your active monthly or yearly subscription at any time through your Account Billing Panel:
- Upon cancellation, your store account will remain active with full access to measurements and invoices until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No further renewal charges will be made to your payment method.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days in a monthly billing cycle.
3. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you subscribe to a paid tier (Starter, Professional, or Business) and find that the platform does not meet your store requirements:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment date.
- Refund requests made after the 7-day period are generally not eligible for a refund, except in cases of technical billing errors.
- To request a refund, please contact support with your invoice details at billing@mjtailor.com.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit card, Net banking, UPI) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing periods.
